This happened to me once before and I had time to make a new batch, but not today.

I made my sugar shack hi-ratio recipe as usual last weekend for a couple of cakes and had tons left over so I stored it in a large ziplock in the refrid. let it thaw over night and now when I'm re mixing it...there's tiny hard chunks in it!!!!

What is this? Any way to fix it?
