Is there a recipe for this? I've only made the standard WASC, which I love. I have a request for a German Cho. and I'd really like something other than a straight box flavor. Is a Germ. Cho. WASC doable?

I've done this recently. I just used DH German Choc mix and added the ingredients for the WASC recipe. It got great reviews. Hope this helps. icon_smile.gif

This is a really old thread, but would anyone recommend the use of sour cream or yogurt? As in which one is better for this cake? I've never eaten a piece of German Chocolate cake because I am not a fan of coconut.

Rebecca Sutterby and kakeladi both use sour cream in their WASC cakes, but yogurt can be substituted. icon_smile.gif
