Looking to make this for my daughter's cake. Any ideas how to do it?

Go to Globalsugarart. Look at the Patchwork "Smocking Embosser". It looks close to me. They have several differant embossers you can look at. Good luck!

Looks pretty close. Thanks. That's able to be used on buttercream, right? I assume you let it crust first. Or is it just fondant?

It is meant to be used on fondant. Are you going to use the wilton stand-up bear pan? If so, roll out the fondant- emboss it ,cut to fit and apply. Then use buttercream and the grass tip to decorate the rest of him. I've made several bears. They turn out very cute. Please post a picture when you are done.
