i made the brim from mmf but it hasn't set ( trying to get the sides of the brim to curl up ) is there any way i can speed up the process? going on day 2 and i really need it by tomorrow night or early friday morning, any suggestions?

My experience with MMF is it isn't going to set anytime soon.

Sounds like you wanted to use gumpaste. I think you can pick up gum-tex at Micheal's or somewhere and mix it in with the MMF and that should let it harden. Heard it doesn't taste to good though.

Or try using pastillage. You can flavor and color it. Like eating a Necco Wafer.
