I think it's the petunia cutter and the blossom mold used together. Really cute flowers!

Yes, I think it is a mini petunia cutter that was put into the blossom veiner set. I can supply some info on it, but can't on the board due to respecting the selling rules. PM me if you want ok?

It is a Global Sugar Art (GSA) called a Bermuda Cutter. Product # 20064 is 2": Cutter # 4 Product # 20063 is a 1 1/2": Cutter #3 prduct #20901 is 1".
