Hi there,

I have a kitchenaid "Ultra power plus Tilt head" Mixer.

I was wondering how many batches of dough it will hold, I use this recipe

I'd just do one at a time then. I have a 6 qt Kitchen Aid and two batches of the NFSC climbs up the paddle. I can do 2 batches of cake batter no problem, but for sugar cookies, I find one batch at a time works best.

I'm not sure, you'd have to ask KA directly...I think the different mixers are designed to only work w/ a certain size bowl, but I could be wrong. I have the bowl lift design, not the tilt head, so that might make a difference.

Personally looking at the amount of flour I'd say you could do two. My mom's got a 4.5 quart bowl and we have doubled almost every cookie recipe we have done in it.

Glad you tested it out. icon_smile.gif I've got a note on the wall beside my mixers on how much powder sugar they will hold. HeHe.
