Help!! I Need Ideas For A Christmas Mustang Horse Cake!!!

I'm making a cake for my daughters middle school drill/flag team. Their mascot is a Mustang horse.

Any ideas on how to do this. Its for about 45-50 people. I'm at a loss of what to do. I don't mold figures so that is out.
