please, does anyone have a good gingerbread recipe that will translate well into a cupcake that your willing to share?

Has anyone tried the Martha Stewart recipe in her book "cupcakes"?...I'm hesitant to try it as it doesn't list any soda/powder.

This recipe is from the book Cupcakes by Ceri Hadda. It's absolutely delicious, especially with cream cheese frosting!!

1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsulfured molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup boiling water
2 eggs
