I just want to know if anyone has tried adding powdered citric acid to sugarpaste. Will the sugarpaste still harden? What is the ratio of citric acid to sugarpaste?
Thanks for any help.

Yes, I have flavored my fondant with citric acid and tangerine oil (tastes like starburst! mmmm!). Yes, it still hardens. I can't give you amounts... I didn't measure, just added a little at a time to taste.

Thanks WykdGud
Great idea to add tangerine oil.
Will be trying it out soon.
