Does anyone have a really good chocolate filling recipe that they don't mind sharing? I keep trying to search in the recipes but when you type in chocolate filling it brings up pumpkin, canoli filling and everything but the one thing ur actually searching for......aragh!!!!

I have a recipe for a chocolate buttercream but its way to "buttery".....I'd prefer something that's heavier on the sweetness and chocolate-ness

My chocolate WASC cake is very rich and amazing......and I want a nice chocolate filling that will be just as chocolatey and rich!

I like to whip 2 Tbsp. chocolate pudding mix (or any flavor pudding for that matter) into each cup of whipping cream. It is a nice light chocolate filling to contrast with the heavier buttercream.

I usually add the pudding mix just as the whipping cream starts to thicken.
