Hi! I made an 8 layer (very thin layers baked thin -not torted) like the one on bakeralla's site. I filled each layer with milk chocolate ganache. Does anyone have any great ideas to flavor the icing? It will not be decorated - just iced.

I love raspberry! Raspberry goes well with WASC and chocolate so it's always my fave!
