Any suggestions on how to do the fencing around the ring? I'm looking at a 14" octagon.

Here goes another cake boss episode!! He did one the other night, he used gelatin sheets (they have a diamond pattern already on them) and took an edible black marker, and just colored the lines where the diamond pattern was with the marker, then attached each panel of gelatin to posts (you can make those out of gumpaste) It looked good!

I missed that one!!!!! But I think I have seen all the other episodes, wouldn't you know. Thanks for the tip! I'll keep my eyes out for a re-run on that show. I actually thought about using those. . . not the marker though. I'll order one.
