Hi Everyone,

I know there seem to be a lot of posts asking about pricing, but I really need some help.
We are trying to re-think our pricing structure, and to be honest I don't really know where to begin. How do all of you UK bakers work your pricing? If you have a price per portion, how do you work that for celebration and wedding cakes?
I have tried working with several spreadsheets to work out prices, but can't seem to get it right. I would be so grateful if some of you could give me some ideas.

Thanks
Pauline
