Hi .i could anyone tell me how you get models (e g like a bride and groom to stand upright on a cake card not straight onto the cake,
hope someone can advise

when I do a topper I cover the cake card with fondant about 1" thick and this helps give you something to glue the feet of the models too. I also try and use a spagettii strand as a support in the model that sticks into the fondant too.
