Does anyone have a doctored pound cake mix recipe. I was thinking; of adding one cup of sourcream or one brick of softened cream cheese to the mix. Just curious!
I have done that with sugar cookies and they came out great. Using the cream cheese. FOr the lb. cake the sour cream sounds like the best choice to me. I have even seen recipes with mayo in them. Anywhere from 2 tbs to 1/4 cup. Sorry I could not be of more help.
