I bought some creme bouquet flavoring for the first time today! It smells delish!

Now... what the heck do I do with it?

I know I can out it in cakes (I think), cookies, icing... what else. How much do I need to use?

Thanks!!!

I use it to replace some of the vanilla in my icing..... I don't use it in my cakes.. never tried that before but I won't make icing without it!!

there is also a recipe on here somewhere on how to make your own creme bouquet!!

I use 2tsp in place of the 2tsp vanilla and almond extract in the NFSC cookie recipe. I also use 2tsp of it in my royal icing-antonias from this site. I've used it in WASC as well as my favorite buttercream.
