Can you give me any tips on how I can keep my cakes moist? and what ingredients does make cake moist? I kinda modified a recipe because I found it too sweet and it somehow became a little dry. TIA Ladies looking forward to your responses.
You can brush it w/simple syrup
You can freeze it wrapped well in plastic/cling film
When it comes out of the oven, don't let the steam escape - cover it right away. It will take longer to cool, but should result in a moister cake.
When should I brush it with syrup? Just after I pull it out of the oven? Or when It is already cooled? TIA
