The last time I used my mini stand-up bear pan (Wilton) I used a chocolate pound cake recipe but it seemed dry. Does anyone have favorite recipes that they have found to work well for these type of cakes?

The double chocolate cake recipe from Epicurious. Google it....it's so delish and very sturdy!

I've always used WASC (White Almond Sour Cream) and its many variations for 3-d cakes and carving. It's super sturdy, especially after you refrigerate it.
