hi I made a baby shower 2 tiered cake for a friend I prepired everything in the frezzer. The days before delivering i covered the cake with butterream then I put fondant on. I put them in the refrigerator. The next day I started to decorating them. The bottom started to melt but not the top.
Why does the fondant melt??? Please help
sounds like a moisture issue - ie condensation rom refridgeration.
