im making pumpkin cupcakes and they look so perfect in the oven but as soon as i take them out they flatten up. how do i keep the dome?
i don't know i just made some, and i always fill almost to the top, and still flat. so i'll give you a bump
if you pre-heat your oven to 400 then turn it down to 350 when you put the cupcakes in, they will dome.
p.s. if you have the door open for a while when you are putting them in I would wait for 5 minutes or so before turning it down
