I have a friend who is getting married in Knoxville, TN next year. We are located in Des Moines, IA and she is having difficulty finding a cake person for her wedding. bcsealine, I live about 2 hours from knoxville. Would be willing to talk to your friend and see what she is looking for. Have friends that live in that area also that could find a bakery closer just let me know how i can help
