does anyone have this thread saved. i just want to refresh my memory about how to make the ganche, coating the cake and how long you have to wait before you can cover with fondant.

I don't know about the thread but I have the planet cake book. It say to make the ganache let it set over night, frost the cake, let it set up, preferably overnight, and then put the fondant on. As for making the ganache, it's pretty simple. Bring the cream to a boil and pore over chocolate, stir til smooth and then let is set. I refrigerated mine and then I had to nuke it for about 30 seconds to get it usable.
