Hi all. I am wondering if there is such a thing as a good cherry filling. i have a friend whose daughter is in the Seussical the Musical and she would like a cake for after the play. Her daughter is also a clown and her clown name is Cherry. Has anyone every tried a choc. cake with cherry filling? I am thinking of doing a tilted cake, which I have never done before and I don't want the layers sliding off..

I am just wondering if there is a cherry filling out there, either purchased or homemade.
