Hi

I have just made a christmas rose spray for my crimbo cake.

My college tutor has told me to get a thing which u push into your cake to stand the flowers spray in.

Can someone tell me the name for this please? Its a long thing tube

I call them posy picks. Wilton calls them flower spikes.

flower spikes. Straws have open ends. Flower spikes actually have pointed ends and hold a little bit of water so the flowers don't dry out.
