Dear all, I have made a chocolate ganache and it's been in the fridge for a week, can I use it now for a cake or should through it away and make a new one? thank u!

i'd use it. It should be fine. Taste it (any excuse to eat it).

Sure, you can use it. It keeps for weeks in the fridge.
