I've never tried the WASC recipe but would like to try it. My question is...does it stand up well to being covered with fondant or is it too soft/fluffy? Thank you in advance.
It will hold it's own under fondant. It is more dense than a regular cake, but less dense than a pound cake.
I agree with April. Right in the middle. I love working with this type of cake. Works great for carving.
