Christmas Flowers..what Others Than Poinsettias?

I've been asked to make a basket of flowers for a 80th birthday cake but she wants more Christmas flowers..Besides Poinsettias and some pinecones and fir tree springs..what else can I EASILY make? I am not a gunpaste flowers Guru....I have no patience... icon_redface.gif she wants white winter flowers...

You could always try white roses, or you could do a quick peek at the internet and google winter white floral arranements to get ideas, hope this helps. melissa

Paper white narcissus are classic winter flowers. They're basically just daffodils in white. I know amaryllis are lovely winter flowers, but am not sure how to do them in gumpaste.
