Hey guys! I need an off the hook chocolate icing recipe. I want to take mine up a notch. Anybody have a tried and true chocolate, dark chocolate, or ganache recipe that is a big winner for you or someone you know?

A fan fave at my house is the Baker's Chocolate One Bowl Chocolate Frosting recipe. You can google it to find it online. Super easy, and it tastes like homeade fudge. icon_biggrin.gif

I have to second MissRobin! Toba's recipe is amazing! It's my go to chocolate icing recipe! It makes a lot of icing, but can be halved. I don't think I can post the recipe here, so here's a link to the recipe:

Here's the ganache recipe:

The one I use is well-liked around my neck of the woods (and very easy too).

2 sticks butter
6 heaping tbsp. cocoa powder
2 lbs. powdered sugar
thin with Vanilla Caramel liquid coffee creamer

It is good enough to eat with a spoon.

I like the Hershey's Cocoa recipe with butter. Who knows chocolate better than Hershey! icon_biggrin.gif
