I mostly do round cakes (my fav) but want to get at least one sheet cake pan. Which size would you recommend/do you use the most? TIA. icon_smile.gif

a 12x18 "half sheet" is what I'm asked for most.

Agree on the 12x18. 11x15 is the smallest single cake I will do and I have to be in a good mood to do it. I do quite a few corporate orders and the 12x18 gets more of a workout.

I also have a 14x22 that I use more often than I thought I would.

So, I'll get the 12 x 18" and if someone requests it I can cut it down to a 11 x 15". Thanks a lot for your advice! icon_biggrin.gif
