I've been thinking for a little while about doing gift certificates to my bakery... but I'm still a little unsure about the idea. How many of you offer them??

Are you going to give out gift certificates for people to buy? Or you're going to give out a $50 gift certificate for a raffle? Just wondering.

I would think twice.... make sure you have some sort of rules of redeeming on it. If you are booked for a week with weddings and they want to turn it in, what will you do? That is why I've shyed away from them personally.

I never thought about it - but that's true! If you're a big operation and have the manpower, it's great. But if your a one-woman op, that would be rough.
Thanks Jen!!
