Flowers Between Tiers

do you buy the regular styrofoam from the arts & crafts store to insert gumpaste flowers between tiers? Or do you cut down the cake dummies?

You mean cut the dummy 's height?

yeah...do I cut the cake dummy's height or can I just use the ones from the arts & crafts store?
