Does anyone know of a way to get royal icing to dry a little faster? Long story, want bore you with the details. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks..

Maybe set a fan up to blow on the icing?

I've used a fan before to speed things up a little. Also, make sure the humidity is low.

Put it in the oven with just the oven light on, or under a desk lamp. icon_smile.gif

Just make sure you put a note on the oven knob to remind yourself and everyone else in the house not to turn the oven on.
