Have you thought about a custom stencil, edible image, or even using a projector?

I know the KopyKake is popular.

you could get a projector, or even do royal icing transfers, let them dry then attach to cookie.

There is a really expensive machine that will print directly on a cake, not an edible image. It has been discussed before. I am googling, but not finding it right now.

I'm using kopykake products (inks and frosting sheets) in an compatible epson printer (dedicated to only this purpose).
It's works so well! I'm currently doing 240 logo cookies right now.
I needed news inks cartridge (in backup just in case) in a hurry and they sent it to me in like 26 hours and I'm in Canada and they are in California. An amazing customer service everytimes I emailed them. They even call me back instead of emailing me!
