I have chocolate molds in cute shapes, I would like to use fondant/gumpaste in them for a cake. How do I get them out of the mold in one piece? Never done this before.

I spray the molds with pam spray, wipe as much out of the mold as possible, then put the fondant in and go over it with the rolling pin (not too hard, don't want to break the mold). Then run your finger around the edge of the mold to get rid of the excess, turn the mold over, and the fondant will pop out.

Some molds seem to work better for it than others.
