I was looking through some of my cake mags and saw where a cake shop used rolled buttercream instead of rolled fondant because it tastes better. Tried looking into on the net but couldn't really find anything. does anybody know what this is and how i can make it or get some?????
I used rolled buttercream on the first wedding cake I ever did. It tastes great, but is a little more difficult to work with than fondant. It just isn't as pliable but if you are careful it can look great.
There are recipes on here, i didn't use the ones with the marshmallow.
