Hi,

I've been asked to make an Airplane and Horse birthday cakes next month for two kids and I was looking for novelty cake tins that I could buy to speed up the process.

I've seen these pantastic cake pans which I can buy online but the horse cake pan appears to be 4cm deep which is only 2 inches??? That seems way too shallow for a decent cake. Anybody any views?

I have used a pantastic pan in the past. THey are a oven proof plastic right? I used the large fish and it was about 3 inches deep and 12 long. It made a good sized cake (its in my gallery).
