I'm really stumped on this one. I would think I'd have to build a structure out of foamcore, or the like, and cover it with fondant. But I'm not sure how to do the handles, the decorative elements, the shape etc.

Anyone have any ideas how to start?

Handles out of gumpaste and engraved decoration can be achieved by piping royal icing onto a stiff piece of paper or card board, letting it dry, and then pressing it into the freshly smoothed fondant.
