I would love to get people's advice for a tasty (vanilla, buttercream, chocolate - anything sweet) white MMF that would be best to use for carved cakes. IT needs to be durable yet smooth. It also need to accept gel coloring well too. I've tried a couple recipes but never seem to get one that's just quite perfect!
