Hi:
I need to know how do I do a gift cake box? I have seen some tutorials in the internet and they use a "lid" in parts, with parchments. I want to do the lid that looks like a real one, with out the seams on the borders. I'm in a hurry I need this for this Saturday, 11/14/09.

absolutely no idea if this would even work, never tried it, but could you maybe line a real lid with parchment paper or something and roll out some gumpaste or fondant and set it in the lid until it hardens?
