I've been using CK Tylose. My friend gave me a jar of CAI Tylose (Thanks, Gomo 
) and I just made a batch of gumpaste with it last night, and it seems like it works much better. The paste is stretchier than my usual, and also didn't come out of the fridge like a crumbly rock.
