You're all stretched out on the couch, laptop on your lap, happily cruising thru CC ..... and your cell phone rings.

And it's on vibrate.

And you discover you're sitting on it.

Wooooo-Whoooooo! party.gif

OMG you guys made me laugh so hard!

That said, I know of someone who used to ride on the rumble strip for the extra "buzz". Lol

The weird thing would be if you told someone in your house to call you again once you found out where the phone was positioned.

You are all so silly. If you have a land line too, you can just call yourself. icon_razz.gif

Funny I had my phone on vibrate because I was in the library so I left it in my pocket. When I came home and sat down to watch a movie I put it on the couch beside me. One of the cats after exhausting my lap and refusing to turn her back side away so I gave her a shove and she laid next to me on my phone. I'll say she wasn't loving the "buzz"! She shot daggers at me as if I was pinching her.

So how many rings does it take...?

My dh has 2 phones, one on each side of his belt, once the kids go to sleep they are both on vibrate. whenever someone calls (he is busy in the evening, he's on call for work) I ask him "so who's vibrating you?", he asks me if i'm jealous... my 2 yo son, however, loves holding a cell phone that's on vibrate and someone calls in.

What about one of those buzzers in restaurants while you're waiting for a table?! Ever have one of those go off in your lap, in a room full of people??!! If you could only imagine the look on my ultra conservative husbands face, it was truly priceless!!

I think I share at least one 'Deby' story with my husband every day. I made him mute the TV so I can share the reason I was rolling with laughter!
