I cannot for the life of me find the instructions for the turkey cake. I have seen lots of the cakes, but no info on how to make it. Please help me. Thanks! icon_cry.gif

I'm guessing you want to do a "roasted turkey" i.e. not alive?? LOL
I'd simply use sheet cakes stacked hight enopugh and big enough. trim it as close as possible to the actual shape and Ice it. It's a pretty simple shape really, just try to simplify the form into a basic shape (ovals/ triangles =etc) I'd probably do the legs separate.... I doubt this is much help but i'm willing to help all I can?

Hey I love the cake MrsMissey did that you have the link to. Does anyone know how she did the lettuce around it? Is it real? Thanksgiving is coming up and I think this would be a great suprise for the fam icon_smile.gif
