I live in New York City and do not have space for a KitchenAid Mixer in my kitchen; however I do have a KA Hand Mixer. I'm wondering if anybody has the proportions I can use for Sharon's Buttercream Recipe with a hand mixer? I know that not letting air into the recipe is really important, so I thought I'd put it out there...

Hi GiGi - I am posting so I can see any replies on this one...I am also curious. (I am also in your area - live in NJ/work in NYC, also have a KA hand mixer!)
I guess our only option is to try it ourselves!
