Hello!

I need some help to understand what is going on.... Ionly seem to have this problem with my leomon and yellow cakes, they shrinking druring cooling. I have tried; not beating them as long, baking on a lower temp and longer, and I have even tried using the wisk and flat beater on my KA. Even with all my efforts they still shrink....

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

That doesn't make you bad. Well...don't know what you are doctoring them with, I scratch, but someone familiar with the doctored recipes should be along and help you out. icon_smile.gif

Ty... I was thinking about adding flour the next time to see if that may help.... What do you think?

I have the same problem but only with my black/grey tins not the ones in light metall. And same as you only with yellow or leom cake. Chocolate and brownie cakes shrink just a little not as bad at all.....
