I'm looking into buying a commercial fridge. I see several used ones in my area, but some of them are "drink coolers". One, in particular, has Dr. Pepper on the top. I am not worried about the general public seeing it or anything, but I wondered if it would be sufficient for storing cakes and ingredients.

Also, is there anything in particular that I should be on the lookout for? Specifics that I'm not thinking about?

Thanks for your help.

I posted this really late last night, so I'm thinking it got overlooked.

Does anyone have an opinion on this?

Is there a reason I wouldn't want something like this?

edited because the link didn't work.

Do some reserch on it before you buy one. I know there are certain ones that are made to made the cooling environment MORE humid than a regular refigerator, and you don't want that for your cakes.
