Hi all.

I have been told my cakes are too dry and heavy. I would really appreciate any recipes which you could suggest I try. At the moment for an 8inch round I would use 350g stork, 350g caster sugar, 350 self raising, 175 plain flour, and 6 eggs. PLEASE HELP, I was so upset when a customer complained icon_sad.gif
