Good afternoon everyone! I am making a cake from my granddaughter..she wanted butterflies, flowers and hearts. I bought the butterfly molds and some petal dust but didn't know if I needed to wet my brush or just brush the dust on the gumpaste butterfly....any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can either dry-dust the butterflies, either when they are fresh or dried...or you can add some lemon extract or vodka to the petal dusts and paint them on. It just depends on what you want the results to be. Dry-dust them for sparkle or paint them for more concentrated color.
