I have always used already made whipped Rich's better cream frosting. Whenever I try to add coloring and mix the texture diffenently changes. And it is harder to use, gets lots of air bubbles and kind of hard. Is there a trick to mixing in color? Maybe I should buy it in a box and add color before whipping? Any thoughts? Any other tips about Rich's bettercream is always helpful. Thanks, making daughter's first birthday cake this week.
