Do you put your tips inside the bag or do you put the coupler in the bag, the tip on the outside and then screw the coupler together. I was putting the tip inside the bag because I had a book that said that's how to do it but I kept getting annoyed when I wanted to use the icing left in the bag with another tip and I had to squeeze all of the icing out of the bag and start over. Then I got the idea to put the tip on the outside of the bag so now all I have to do is unscrew, change the tip, and screw back together. So much easier! Just wondering if I'm the last person in the world to figure this out!

I have always put the coupler inside the bag and the tip on the outside and the ring over that. I don't know how it would work any other way? icon_confused.gif

That's what I'm doing now but when I first started I saw in some book where they put the tip and coupler inside the bag and the ring outside...Glad I figured out the right way to do it!
