Hi All,

Tried searching this but kept having problems, Just wondering what everybody's tips and tricks are for making chocolate plaques and also for piping on to them. I've always just used straight melted chocolate which is difficult to pipe but apparently you can make piping chocolate?
Appreciate any suggestion.
